ServiceSource to Share Best Practices on Service Revenue Management at Dreamforce 2010
ServiceSource’s Executive Vice President of Products, Ganesh Bell, will present alongside an industry-leading technology company and ServiceSource customer: “Roadmap to 100% Recurring Revenue Performance”. This presentation will discuss the benefits of the Salesforce and ServiceSource integration — including a single view of one’s install base, improved sales forecasting and greater partner and sales rep productivity. Bell will address how the integration allows joint customers to access both Salesforce and ServiceSource data in one single view to better manage the service revenue opportunity and pipeline, and create a collaborative ecosystem on a global basis.

In addition to the presentation, ServiceSource will exhibit at Dreamforce on December 6-9 in booth #248 within the industry solutions area.

Astadia

According to Astadia sources this new ROI cloud calculator will enable customer service executives to examine the return on investment for transitioning from legacy, premise-based CRM tools. Also Astadia’s calculator will provide the financial evidence that is required by contact centers to build the business case for cloud transformation. The calculator considers operating metrics, cost reduction drivers, revenue enhancement drivers and technology costs to calculate return on investment or ROI.

Five9 to Showcase Latest Cloud Computing Platform for Call Centers at Dreamforce

The new platform includes enhanced APIs for Configuration and CTI, a new Reporting Web Services API, which can be used to retrieve historical information for data warehousing and analytics, new workforce management applications, and it includes a new Statistics Web Services API, which provides real-time metrics for a variety of uses including wallboard displays and agent adherence monitoring.
