Cloupia announced today that it will showcase at VMworld Las Vegas, the first ever iPad application for data center orchestration, CloudGenieTM. Cloupia’s flagship product, Cloupia Unified Infrastructure Controller, provides the most comprehensive cloud and data center orchestration solution with features that include provisioning, monitoring and management for physical, virtual and cloud environments.
CloudGenieTM is a tablet based data center orchestration app used to manage and provision physical and virtual infrastructure. This app simplifies the deployment and management for workloads running on cloud infrastructure.
Bhaskar Krishnamsetty, VP of Products and Marketing at Cloupia, said “Cloupia’s automated component discovery, monitoring, configuration, deployment, reporting, and capacity management capabilities empower IT organizations with the true self-service and automated nature of cloud implementations. It truly eliminates the overhead and expense of manual provisioning, monitoring and management of cloud infrastructure. We are excited and look forward to demonstrating CloudGenieTM at VMworld.”
Cloupia will also demonstrate at VMWorld:
- Single-click infrastructure provisioning of converged infrastructure, including bare-metal compute provisioning, allocating and mapping share storage (LUNs and volumes), and advanced network provisioning to support both physical and virtual workloads.
- The ability to install and implement an integrated out-of-box solution to enable resource deployments, monitoring/analytics and management within a few hours, helping alleviate the need for multiple tools, disparate bolt-on technologies, and professional services.
- Management and real-time monitoring from a single pane of glass across all infrastructure components – compute, storage, network & virtualization.
- Integrated cloud automation capabilities that include end-user self-service portal, design and deploy component-level service catalog, and chargeback management that avoids additional tools to transform converged infrastructure to clouds.
