iContact announced yesterday the availability of iContact for Salesforce on AppExchange 2.
iContact for Salesforce is tightly integrated with the Salesforce Campaigns tab and allows users to create, send and track relevant and targeted e-mail marketing without the need to learn a new application. Users can see how each contact or lead responds to e-mails across multiple campaigns or if the contact or lead is moving in the right direction in the marketing/sales funnel. This can help customers determine campaign effectiveness by analyzing the following:
- Unique opens
- Total opens
- Unique clicks
- Bounced emails
- Delivered emails
- Complaints per message
Additionally, iContact for Salesforce assures the users’ message will be delivered securely to customer’s inboxes.
